The vacuum feeding system uses a water ring vacuum pump to pump air, so that the entire system is in a vacuum state. The powder and granular materials are sucked into the pipe along with the outside air to form a material flow, and pass through the suction pipe to the vacuum tank, where the air and material are separated in vacuum. . The separated materials enter the receiving equipment. Feeding and discharging are completed by continuously opening and closing the pneumatic valve. The vacuum tank is equipped with a powder switch and a pressure sensor. The opening and closing of the pneumatic valve is controlled by the PLC control center.
